Fun with the bird-men!

Bronze Age- North Caucasus
These are three dinosauroid illustrations I've just been doing for fun. They might end up being part of a set of pieces, each showing a different stage of technological development. 
Neolithic- Eurasian Steppe
They've been a lot of fun so far...
Mesolithic - Eastern Asia

love it. Do they utilize their tools with their mouths, forearms or combination of both.

Ah yes, so you did. Makes sense too.
With the ability to use their forearms and beak, and the pre established social order there isn't a lot of things they couldn't accomplish. Although large structures would be hard to accomplish. I can't imagine there would be a lot of monoliths built by their early culture.
